My Journey...

  My exploration of natural health began on the foundation of modern medicine, in the field of veterinary medicine and rehabilitation. I followed this approach for many years before choosing a career in the dental field. It was during this time that I developed a driving desire to educate others about the connection between good nutrition, lifestyle, mental attitude and health. I always felt there was more I could do to help others, and so with a focus on holistic prevention, my passion for natural healing began to grow.

   While I had always been attracted to health and wellness, I wanted to work with people on a deeper level to help them create an inner sense of peace, balance, and well-being. This new desire fuelled my passion for a career where I could guide and support people, and feel more fulfilled doing work that I had a deep connection with.

   In 2013, I made a change. I am now a trained Herbalist, Iridologist, and Reiki Master and have earned my professional certification with the International Institute of Reflexology. I have continued my natural wellness studies with certification courses in Nutrition, Iridology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Aromatherapy Massage, and Holistic therapies. I am always striving to gain a deeper understanding of the human frame and the unique balance of what it means to be truly healthy. 

  My goal is to inspire and guide you along your journey to better health. You are the master and creator of your life and an active participant in your own healing. Together, we will understand the ways your body is communicating its needs, and overcome any obstacles keeping you from achieving optimal, long-term health and well-being.
